Starling |
Starlings were brought into North America from England in
1890 by Eugene Schrieffer. He and his companions were dead set to bring into
the US the majority of the creatures said in the works of William
Shakespeare. While some of their
endeavors fizzled, not so with the starling.
The first 100 fowls who were presented are answerable for the several
millions who exist in the US today.
1- Starlings are across
the board all around all of North America and are regular in urban areas.
2- Starling tune is
truly intricate, including an arrangement of shrieking notes, jabber and an
agreeable "wolf" whistle.
3- Starlings have a
place with the group of winged creatures which incorporates vocal emulates
known as myna fowls.
